WEEE - Labelling

In the course of the conversion to the WEEE Directive (EU Directive 2002/96/EG), we are labelling devices which are put on the market for the first time in the European Union vicinity. In addition, we are only selling devices that conform to the registration and labelling regulations in Germany. Should we be the first to put these devices on the German market, they will automatically be labelled by us.

We are registered with the German authorities for products that we identify as devices. We inform this authority of quantities that we supply to other EU countries.

Unfortunately, this does not relieve you from your obligation to adhere to the national conversion to WEEE and RoHS in your own homeland and to register with the appropriate authority as well as advising your quantities to them.

We consider this procedure necessary in order to make multiple collections and to clarify the multiple costs which arise from different conversions within the member countries.
