LiteOn is a well-known Taiwanese manufacturer of LEDs, LED displays, infrared components and optocouplers. Since 1994, Schukat has been a contract distributor of LiteOn Optoelectronics and we maintain stocks of all of LiteOn's current products.
LiteOn Optoelectronics started in 1975 as the first Taiwanese manufacturer developing and producing LEDs in the visible-light spectrum. In 1985, they expanded their product palette to include the infra-red spectrum. Today, LiteOn produces a complete range of optoelectronic products in three production facilities in China and Thailand, in both the visible and infrared spectrums. LiteOn Optoelectronics is now a subsidiary of LiteOn Technology Corp, with 48 factories worldwide and with its global headquarters in Taiwan.
