Schukat is expanding its product range with the D-sub plugs and sockets in CONEC’s 15-0004 series, which offer IP67 protection. Both solid-body series are available in 9, 15, 25, and 37-pole versions. With attachment bolts and PCB clips, the connectors are surface mountable and have a UNC-4-40 interior thread on the connection side. With straight soldering pins, they are suitable for wave soldering with a solder bath temperature of 265°C for eight seconds. The 15-0004 plugs and sockets are designed for an operating temperature range from -25 to +105°C. Operating voltage is 125V and dielectric strength 1000V. Contacts are copper alloy with a contact surface of aluminium over nickel. The D-sub plugs and sockets in the 15-0004 series from CONEC are designed for fifty connection cycles and are compliant with DIN41652, IEC664-1 and IEC 60529. They are now in stock at Schukat.
