The Schukat range now includes the LED power supplies in the SLT150-VLG-E and SLT250-VLG-E series from Self Electronics’ Compact Classic line, expanding the available output power range with 150W and max. 250W models. The protection-class-II, constant-voltage power supplies have been specially developed for modern IP20-compliant indoor LED lighting applications, and feature an extremely compact design that allows easy installation in confined spaces. Available in 24V and 48V versions with efficiency as high as 94%, the power supplies are suitable for operation on 230VAC mains power. They are certified to the usual EMC standards as well as EN 61347-1 and EN61347-2-13 and meet the current ecodesign specifications for no-load operation (less than 0.5W no-load power consumption). The MM marking allows the units to be mounted onto materials with unknown flammability characteristics, and it is also possible to use them as independent control gear outside luminaires. Even in unfavourable operating conditions and with a maximum enclosure temperature of 90°C, the LED power supplies have a long operational life of up to 50,000 hours. Output is SELV-compliant, and they offer protection against interrupt, short circuit, overload and overheating. The units restart automatically after a fault condition has been removed. The power supplies in Self Electronics’ SLT150-VLG-E und SLT250-VLG-E series are now available from Schukat with a 5 year warranty.
