This year, at a special ceremony, the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce honoured our office management trainees Michelle, Nina and Sandra for their excellent performance, each achieving a final grade of ''very good.'' At the same time, Schukat itself earned special recognition for its outstanding achievements in vocational training for the 2022 training year.
With their drive and commitment, Michelle, Nina and Sandra were able to successfully complete their office management training even under pandemic conditions. They now join the many other Schukat trainees who, again and again, have completed their traineeships with outstanding performances in over 25 years of training.
Edith Schukat: ''From almost every qualifying year, the Chamber of Commerce selects Schukat management trainees as being among their very best. This year, three of our five trainees have been honoured – a sensational performance that does credit to both our trainees and ourselves. It is a genuine pleasure to actively accompany the careers of high school graduates as they integrate theory and practice, ideally alongside a sponsored course of study. As young professionals, they then take on a high level of responsibility in an exciting profession with advancement opportunities. This is how career planning works today.''
