Among Schukat’s latest additions are the panel-mounted solid state relays in Sensata/Crydom's LN series for commercial, residential and medical applications. These relays offer reliable back-to-back SCR switching, rated from 25 to 75A at operating voltages from 24 to 280VAC or from 48 to 528VAC. The patented, low-noise trigger circuit allows the relays to switch resistive loads with minimal electromagnetic noise, making them ideal for applications that require reliable switching operations with low noise emission. Sensata/Crydom's LN series with Zero Crossing is UL tested and TUV certified, and designed in accordance with the IEC60947-4-3 B standard for low-voltage switchgear. The relays are also EMC compliant to level 3. Available in a hockey-puck aluminium housing weighing just 74.9g as well as an IP20 touch-safe housing, they feature built-in input/output over-voltage protection, an LED input status indicator, and isolation voltage of 3.5kV. The ambient temperature range while in use is from -40 to 80°C and in storage between -40 and 100°C.
