UHU Repair All Powerkitt is a true all-rounder for repairs, bonding, sealing, mending, filling and modelling, and is compatible with a wide range of materials.
A fast-curing, two-component epoxy putty, UHU Repair All Powerkitt is extremely hard after curing and can be drilled, sawn, sanded, sandblasted and painted. The putty is easy to handle and is notable for its exceptionally wide range of applications. As a waterproof compound, it can be used both indoors and outdoors – it will hardens even in permanently moist environments or underwater. The putty is also resistant to aging and can withstand temperatures from -30°C to +125°C, and is chemically resistant to hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohol, esters, salt solutions and diluted acids and bases.
Application: before use, surfaces to be repaired or bonded must be free of dust and oil. Smooth surfaces should first be roughened. Use one of the minis or cut off the desired quantity and knead it with your fingers until a homogeneous mass with a uniform colour is obtained. The more evenly the two components are mixed, the stronger the cured material will be. The putty is then applied to the surface and pressed firmly into place, or pushed into the holes and gaps as necessary. Any excess can be removed with a knife. Fingerprints can be erased easily by rubbing with water or a damp cloth before curing begins. The working time is four minutes, and the compound is solid after ten minutes at room temperature.
