With Schukat's range of Sunon's EC-series fans, up to 80% energy savings can be achieved compared to conventional AC equipment fans. What’s more, the fans require no DC power supply. The AC fans are available as standard versions, with IP21, IP55 or IP68 certification, and also as an IP55 version with Atex certification (explosion-proof).
The new CF4113HBL-A99 model combines two advantages in one: it brings together the latest EC-series motor technology with the standardised pitch of the DP200A2123XBT AC fan. With identical dimensions (120 x 38mm), it delivers a speed increase of more than 22 percent while the noise level remains the same. With the speed increase, the flow rate also increases by twelve percent and the counter-pressure stability by almost nine percent. The fan thus delivers more power with lower energy consumption, despite the extended features – and represents an energy saving of almost 77 percent.
The fans in the EC series offer a significantly wider operating voltage range and are suitable for use with devices for both the European and US markets, as they are designed for both 230V and 110VAC networks. The series is available in two versions: with dimensions of 120 x 120 x 38mm (CF4113_BL) with three power levels from 1.8 to 5.1W (109.2 to 185.1m³/h) and an operating temperature range from -25 to +70°C, and in the round housing with dimensions of 200 x 77.7mm (CF2207LBL) with two power levels – 3.2W (315.9m³/h) and 6.6W (473.5m³/h) – and an operating temperature range from -40 to +50°C.
