TALEMA Toroidal Transformers
Potted; Output: 30VA to 300VA; Input Voltage: 1x230V
Potted Toroidal Transformers have the following advantages compared with traditional stacked lamination types: • Small size and low weight • Extremely low level of radiated magnetic field • Double insulated primary leads • Warming is kept to a minimum with short wire lengths in the windings and heat-conductive potting. • Very low iron loss • Easy to mount due to mounting hole in polyamide housing • Protection against mechanical damages • Very low induced noise (hum)

High inrush currents can be encountered when switching on toroidal transformers. This is caused by the core saturating for a split second and is quite normal. Safety fuses are recommended for added security.

Up to 300VA. Inexpensive to mount using the central mounting hole in the polyamide housing.
