Article 1a of the Act on the Implementation of the Waste Framework Directive/AbfRRL (Drucksache 88/20) provides for an amendment to Paragraph 18 of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act. According to this amendment, the status of compliance with the quantitative targets under Paragraph 10 (3) and Paragraph 22 (1) of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act by producers must be published annually. The law came into force on 29 October 2020.
