Six trainees from the local area are just starting their clerical apprenticeships in office management, management assistant for wholesale and foreign trade as well as IT specialist for application development.
With these new young staff, Schukat has once again achieved an excellent trainee ratio, with 21 trainees and 150 employees in total. We are thus creating growth potential and providing career advancement opportunities for future young employees.
Our trainees have a diversified apprenticeship ahead of them, taking in many interesting departments.
Schukat was awarded the certificate of the Federal Employment Office for the Mettmann district for our ''exemplary training.'' Our ''years of successful dedication with consistently outstanding performance in vocational training'' was rewarded with the Düsseldorf Chamber of Commerce prize for vocational and further training. Our young trainees regularly achieve above-average results, equipping them well for their entry into professional working life and for further quantifications, e.g. completing a course of study parallel to their job.
