The SMD thin-film resistors from Taiwanese manufacturer Viking are now available from Schukat's warehouse. The ARM03 series is AEC-Q200 compliant and is aimed at applications in the automotive and telecommunications sector, medical equipment and sensors, industrial measuring devices and machines as well as various sensors. In the 0603 package (1.55x0.8x0.45mm), Viking's resistors offer a rated power handling capacity of 0.1W at a maximum operating voltage of 100V. This series covers the wide value range from 47 Ohm to 300 kOhm, is available with tolerances of 0.1% (ARM03B) or even 0.05% (ARM03A) and is specified for the wide temperature range from -55°C up to 155°C, with linear load reduction (decreasing) between 85°C to 155°C. The resistors are RoHS compliant and sulfur resistant to ASTM B809.
Other resistors from Viking in the Schukat portfolio include the thin-film resistors of the ARM05 series with 0.125W power in the 0805 housing size and Melf metal film resistors CSVR in the 0207 housing with 1W power.
