They are now in stock at Schukat. For maximum efficiency, the ARM® Cortex™-M3 32-bit processor core operates at a frequency of 108 MHz. The microcontroller features up to 96KB of SRAM memory and up to 3MB of on-chip flash memory, plus a wide range of enhanced I/Os: up to three 12-bit ADCs, up to two 12-bit DACs, up to ten 16-bit timers, two advanced PWM timers, in addition to standard and advanced communications interfaces – up to three SPIs, two I2Cs, three USARTs, two UARTs, two I2Ss, one USBD, one CAN and an SDIO.
The 32-bit flash microcontrollers in the GD32F103 series from GIGADEVICE work with a supply voltage of 2.6 to 3.6V in a temperature range from -40 to +85°C. Several energy-saving modes offer the necessary flexibility to achieve an optimal balance between wake-up latency and power consumption, an important consideration for low-power applications.
