Electronics distributor Schukat has now added MEAN WELL’s LOP-200 and LOP-300 power supplies to its product range. With rated power of 200W or 300W and a low profile, they offer an input range of 80VAC to 264VAC and come in a compact 4x2 inch housing. Features include low standby power consumption, adjustable output voltage, and suitability for protection class I/II applications. Peak load capacity is 150%. The power supplies feature an in-built PFC circuit and protections against short circuit, overload, overvoltage, and overtemperature. The LOP-200/300 units are aimed at applications in industrial automation machinery, medical equipment, electronic instruments, and industry control systems, and meet all applicable international safety standards.
Also among Schukat’s new additions are the MEAN WELL LOP-400, LOP-500 and LOP-600 series, measuring 5x3 inches and with rated power of 400W, 500W, or 600W. These are highly reliable, powerful, open-frame power supplies with excellent EMC properties. With their low installation height (27.5, 30.5, 35mm), they are suitable for applications that call for a low-profile design with high power requirements. They offer an expanded output voltage range from 12V to 54V, 150% load capacity for a maximum of 3 seconds, and an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C. Efficiency is 95.5%. The components in these series meet the requirements of multiple safety standards across a range of application areas, including 62368-1, 60601-1, 61558-1 and 60335-1. Potential applications are wide ranging and include communications, networks, medical, industrial control systems, security technology, building automation, and more.
