Available now from us and from stock are the industrial frequency inverters in MEAN WELL’s VFD series, with 150W to 750W. The innovative series comprises eight models for both DC and AC input and in both partially encapsulated and open-frame variants.
The models suitable for AC input feature an integrated PFC function with output of 250W to 750W as well as PWM control inputs and sensor signals that allow the motor speed to be adjusted using external control electronics. The fanless design ensures silent operation, achieving up to 93% efficiency and delivering peak current of 200%. All models are equipped with extensive protective functions and comply with international safety standards including IEC/EN61800-5-1 and the IEC/EN61800-3 standard for electromagnetic compatibility. They come with a three-year manufacturer’s warranty.
The frequency inverter series VFD from MEAN WELL are suitable for end-user equipment and products that utilise brushless DC motors such as those used in fans and AC systems, fume extraction systems, water pumps, AGVs, power tools, automatic doors, mechanical and medical equipment, conveyor systems, fitness machines, etc.
