Yingjiao Electrical Co. Ltd. was founded in 1995 and has since developed a wide range of switching power supplies. One focus of the Ningbo-based Chinese manufacturer is the production of desktop and plug-in power supplies.
The compact plug-in units now in stock at Schukat are designed for 24/7 operation. They are TÜV-GS tested and comply with the EN 62368-1 ITE/industry standard, EMC standard EN 55032 Class B, the energy efficiency guidelines of ERP III, and LEVEL VI of the US DOE.
The devices are available in a range of versions from 5 to 36 watts with cable. Plug options include a 5.5x2.1mm standard hollow plug, USB-A, and USB-C versions. Besides their compact dimensions, the power supplies’ low weight and long cable length make them a viable solution for both mobile and fixed installations. Customisation – such as different DC connectors or cable lengths – is available on request. The units have a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
With around 1,200 employees and 22 SMD lines, Yingjiao currently produces around two million power supplies per month. The company is committed to comprehensive quality management through continuous improvement processes in accordance with ISO9001:2015. Their production space of approx. 100,000m2 and also houses test laboratories accredited by UL/WTDP and TÜV SÜD/TMP, among others.
The TMP test lab accreditation underpins the company's quality standards and helps them achieve a fast certification cycle.
